Freedom is hiring an Operations Director to build and grow a regional business delivering electrical distribution network operator (DNO) projects across Yorkshire. The role leads contract delivery, profitability, stakeholder and supply-chain partnerships, project growth, and the recruitment and development of a high-performing team. Candidates should have strong Northern Powergrid connections, experience running a business or region delivering similar projects, an Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience, a valid driving licence, and willingness to travel regularly. The position offers a base salary plus bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical insurance, dental insurance, and other benefits.
