Description
The Operations Director – Flagship Transformation leads the operational planning, execution, governance, business continuity, partner coordination, budgeting, and closeout of the 59th Street Flagship Transformation. The role partners with general contractors, project managers, facilities, visual, asset protection, technology, merchants, and leased partners to deliver renovation and modernization milestones while minimizing disruption to customers, associates, sales, fulfillment, and leased businesses. It requires strong retail transformation, construction, facilities, project management, budget, and stakeholder-management experience, with 5-10 years of experience specified.
