Description
Fluence is hiring an Operations EHS Lead in Bangalore, India, to oversee environmental, health, and safety operations for the Global Innovation Centre, product manufacturing, project delivery and services, and test-lab management. The role develops EHS policies and programs, conducts audits and inspections, leads root-cause investigations, manages corrective and preventive actions, delivers training, and supports compliance with global and Indian regulations. It requires at least 10 years of high-risk industry experience, 3 years of EHS management experience in a field setting, a degree in occupational safety or an equivalent field, and the ability to travel approximately 5% annually.
