Description
Affirm is hiring a Manager for its Operations Enablement organization to lead scalable, compliant, and high-quality servicing experiences across Operations. The role owns program performance, servicing strategy, transformation initiatives, knowledge management, training, global readiness, insights, and change management while partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and vendors. Candidates should have at least five years of program management or product operations experience, expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project or program management, and change management, and experience with knowledge management or training platforms. The position is remote-first, with flexibility for occasional in-person work and travel as needed, and offers a USA base pay range of $115,000 to $180,000 depending on location.
