Affirm is hiring an Operations Enablement Manager to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of cross-functional servicing programs. The role owns program roadmaps, stakeholder governance, risk and issue resolution, operational excellence, change management, technical and instructional resources, knowledge management, and training. It requires extensive program or product operations experience, financial-regulation expertise, Six Sigma or related certification, and strong cross-functional execution skills. The position is remote-first, with most work from anywhere within the country of employment and occasional possible in-person work.
