EverDriven is hiring an Operations Enablement Partner in Greenwood Village, Colorado, for a hybrid role requiring four days in the office and one day remote. The position owns change adoption for operational initiatives and job-readiness onboarding for Contact Center, Field Operations, and Inside Operations teams, including train-the-trainer delivery, offshore and BPO training oversight, process and systems training, LMS administration, and facilitation. The role requires at least three years of enablement, training, or change-execution experience supporting operations, contact center, or field teams, along with train-the-trainer, change execution, AI content development, facilitation, and LMS experience. The salary range is $90,000 to $105,000 per year plus bonus potential, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
