Description
The Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Analytics role drives producibility and quality across industrial, manufacturing, process, test, and tool engineering disciplines. It analyzes shop-floor and program data on cycle times, throughput, yield, scrap, labor, and capacity; converts the data into metrics, dashboards, and recommendations; and partners with program owners to embed insights into daily decisions and surface risks early. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or related defense or manufacturing experience, 0–2 years of relevant experience, SQL and Python data-analysis skills, and exposure to Lean Six Sigma. The full-time salary range is $52,400 to $97,400, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
