Description
The Operations Engineer manages technical infrastructure for the Crypto Services team, monitoring application services, leading incident response, troubleshooting outages, and owning issues from initial contact through resolution. The role includes change management, configuration management, RHEL patching and upgrades, observability, log pipelines, dashboards, alerting, and compliance work. It requires at least five years of Linux experience, SRE and on-call experience, configuration management and scripting skills, and familiarity with monitoring and log aggregation tools.
