Arch is hiring an Operations Engineer to build and maintain internal tools and data pipelines for its Client Operations team. The role involves developing employee-facing web features, acquiring and processing alternative investment data, automating financial data extraction, applying traditional and generative AI methods, reviewing data quality, and troubleshooting scripts and tools. Candidates must be current college seniors graduating between December 2026 and August 2027, with anticipated start dates in early 2027 or summer 2027. The role is primarily onsite in New York City, with Boston candidates also considered.
