Stadsfastigheter is hiring two permanent, full-time Operational Control Specialists to manage daily property operations from an operations center. The role involves systematic rounds, alarm management, operational optimization, analysis of trends and deviations, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective work coordination, and follow-up on technical installations. Candidates need a relevant university or higher-education qualification, at least six years of property-operations experience, at least four years of operational-optimization and control-and-monitoring-systems experience, strong Swedish and English communication skills, and knowledge of building technical systems. The position may be performed remotely based on operational needs.
