Saltworks Technologies is hiring an on-site Operations Engineer to support the launch, commissioning, operation, optimization, troubleshooting, and early-stage process improvement of a lithium demonstration plant near Stoughton, Saskatchewan. The role involves operating lithium extraction and refining systems, maintaining safety and documentation standards, analyzing process and wet-lab data, performing basic mechanical maintenance, and learning water treatment, inorganic water chemistry, and lithium refining. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Engineering Technology, 2–3 years of hands-on experience, a valid driver's license, and strong mechanical aptitude.
