Superloop is hiring an Operations Engineer to provide escalation engineering support for BNSC systems and infrastructure, including wireless environments, WAPs, layer 2 network infrastructure, incident management, outages, monitoring, diagnostics, configuration, and network improvement. The role requires general networking or IT experience, knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, switching, routing, wireless technologies, and radio coverage, along with customer service, communication, and international travel capabilities.
