Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring an Operations Engineer II in Eindhoven to support the manufacturing and sustainability of the FEG electron source used in Transmission Electron Microscopes. The role involves technical support for system shipments, work-instruction and process-flow development, engineering changes, hands-on testing and troubleshooting, personnel training, service escalations, and leading small multi-functional improvement projects. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field such as Physics, 3–5 years of high-tech engineering experience, cleanroom experience, and strong English skills; Dutch and statistical engineering knowledge are advantageous. The position is full-time with a flexible working-hours arrangement and part-time availability for at least 32 hours.
