The Operations Engineer will develop and continuously improve technical and process-related improvements, identify cost and time savings, establish Lean workstations, improve on-time delivery, optimize manufacturing and planning processes, conduct root-cause analyses, and introduce automation and manufacturing aids. The role requires a business-administration qualification in operations engineering or a skilled-trade apprenticeship followed by technician training, or a comparable qualification with several years of experience in mechanical component outfitting, along with strong technical, analytical, organizational, and team skills.
