Description
The company is hiring a technical operations engineer to build systems that automate hiring, finance, employee lifecycle, vendor, and other operational workflows. The role involves connecting tools such as Slack, Ashby, Mercury, Notion, Attio, Linear, and Google Workspace; creating dashboards, portals, forms, and small apps; automating pipelines and scorecards; and improving spend visibility and onboarding and offboarding. The engineer will work with users, debug code, use AI tools, and ship work quickly in a startup-paced environment. The role requires at least three years of software-building experience and is based on-site in Warsaw, with remote options for some roles.
