Klein Tools is hiring an Operations Engineer for its 12-month Klein Leadership Program to develop manufacturing leadership skills. The role provides manufacturing engineering support across machine availability, quality, inspection, work instructions, tooling, capacity, equipment effectiveness, scheduling, productivity, and product introductions. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, tooling design and machine tool programming knowledge, manufacturing execution systems familiarity, Microsoft Office and CAD proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills. The start date is June 2027.
