Description
AWS is hiring an Operations Engineer for its Managed Services team in Singapore. The role operates the Managed Service platform, troubleshoots application deployments and complex customer issues across AWS services, builds CloudFormation templates and automation scripts, develops internal utilities, and supports customer communication during critical events. The position requires at least four years of network and operating-system support experience, four years of virtualization, orchestration, and cloud computing experience, and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or four years of technical support experience.
