Description
SpaceX is hiring an Operations Engineer, Facilities (Starlink) in Redmond to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing and office facilities. The role owns end-to-end process development, manages data and dashboards, drives continuous improvement, develops metrics and automation, and supports facilities initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least two years of relevant experience; preferred qualifications include SQL, Python, data visualization, CAD, Power BI, JIRA, Lean, and facilities project experience. The position requires extended hours, occasional domestic travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 depending on level, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, life, paid leave, and other benefits.
