SimpleXX GmbH is seeking an Operations Engineer for Optimization and Ramp-Up Management for AIRBUS Aerostructures at its Varel location. The role manages start-up and ramp-up processes, supports stable series production, optimizes manufacturing processes and workflows, plans technical measures, identifies risks, prepares project and status reports, and collaborates with production, manufacturing engineering, quality, maintenance, and production control. The position is initially temporary with an option for permanent employment and requires a technical engineering degree, manufacturing and production experience, German and English proficiency, and familiarity with Catia V5 and Google Workspace.
