J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring an Operations Engineer I in Lowell, Arkansas, to monitor and support the maintenance and operational stability of the company’s technological systems. The role provides Tier 2 support, manages tickets, resolves moderately complex technical issues, escalates alerts and failures, participates in major incident response, maintains system documentation, and supports mainframe maintenance and BIPS refresh activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer and information science, computer engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination including three years of information technology experience. It is full-time, scheduled Thursday through Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
