Amazon is hiring an Operations Engineer III in Seattle to lead complex, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives supporting operational excellence and quality programs. The role manages multiple concurrent projects, roadmaps, budgets, risks, dependencies, stakeholder relationships, governance, reporting, and team members. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering, operations, supply chain, business administration, or related field, five years of experience in the offered or related occupation, and one year of experience leading cross-functional projects and using data and metrics to drive improvements. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $132,049 to $161,700 per year.
