Description
Lyte is hiring an Operations Engineer based in Taiwan to lead the full manufacturing lifecycle of III-V photonic components, including lasers, photodetectors, and related devices. The role oversees wafer processing, facet coating, bar-to-die testing and AOI, chip-on-carrier assembly, burn-in, and CoC testing across foundry, OSAT, and contract manufacturing partners in Taiwan and Asia. Responsibilities include process qualification, yield and quality improvement, capacity planning, SPC and control-plan management, root-cause analysis, supply coordination, and on-site troubleshooting, while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, 3–5 years of III-V wafer-processing experience, and fluency in Mandarin and English.
