Hims & Hers is hiring an Operations Engineer / Production Scientist to serve as a technical process owner for peptide manufacturing at its Menlo Park site. The role focuses on Solid-Phase Peptide Synthesis, synthesis, cleavage, purification, and lyophilization, with responsibilities including batch troubleshooting, process monitoring, data analysis, yield and throughput improvement, GMP documentation, deviation investigations, and cross-functional manufacturing optimization. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field, 3–7 years of pharmaceutical or chemical-processing experience, hands-on GMP and SPPS experience, and strong troubleshooting and process-improvement skills.
