Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Operations Engineer Senior Staff to own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical operational and deployment projects for the C-130 program across the United States and India. The role coordinates multinational engineering efforts, maintains Integrated Master Schedules, leads Lean 3P workshops, serves as a liaison between U.S. and Indian manufacturing sites, and applies failure analysis, industrial engineering, Lean Six Sigma, reliability, and quality methods to improve producibility and product performance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a comparable field, heavy-industry and Lean manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and frequent on-site collaboration; Hindi language proficiency is desired. The salary range is $129,000 to $239,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible scheduling, and other benefits.
