Description
SpaceX is hiring an Operations Engineer (Starlink) to design physical and digital Starlink factory processes and systems for high-volume production of user terminals, silicon packaging chips, and solar cells. The role owns floor layouts, capacity studies, product flow, construction coordination, project schedules and budgets, manufacturing systems, data acquisition, quality and safety controls, and production optimization. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least one year of manufacturing or industrial project management experience, with high-volume production, cross-functional process, infrastructure, CAD, SQL, lean, automation, and analytical experience preferred. The position is based onsite in Bastrop, Texas, requires extended hours or weekends as needed, up to 10% travel, and ITAR eligibility.
