The role coordinates demand and supply plans, manages supply-demand risk mitigation and corrective actions, supports SIOP implementation across business areas, and provides senior leadership visibility. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, experience with planning systems such as SAP or Kinaxis, and cross-functional experience; SIOP, aerospace and defense, ERP/MRP, and Six Sigma experience are desired.
