Lockheed Martin is hiring an Operations Engineering Management professional for the AIR6500 program to manage production capability, producibility, quality, and related engineering processes. The role leads production requirements and tender response development, supports product design through production, drives digital transformation and ERP rollout, conducts production trade studies, and mentors production staff. Candidates need significant defence production experience, tender and ASDEFCON response experience, product transition experience, and advanced planning and ERP rollout skills; a relevant engineering degree is desirable.
