Description
The Manufacturing Operations Manager leads a multi-shift team of Operation Support Specialists and other employees at Spirit AeroSystems, managing manufacturing build plans, continuous improvement, quality, safety, compliance, training, schedules, and complex problem-solving. The role requires at least five years of manufacturing production experience, knowledge of production metrics, SAP or large-scale MRP systems, and the ability to read blueprints, build plans, CATIA, and IVT. The position offers a summary pay range of $105,300 to $161,450 and includes eligible health insurance and other benefits.
