Description
The Operations Engineering Manager leads manufacturing engineering, maintenance, tooling, project support, CAD and electrical specifications, CAPEX, facility layouts, equipment procurement, preventive maintenance, safety, and process improvement for Excellerate locations. The role supervises 10–15 engineering support staff, prepares budgets and cost estimates, coordinates with customers and internal departments, and requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering plus five or more years of related industrial engineering experience. The position works Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with up to 30% travel based on company need.
