Micron Technology is hiring an Operations Equipment Program Manager to partner with high-volume manufacturing leadership and equipment teams on semiconductor fab tool installations. The role supports process qualification, resolves installation issues, audits quality and schedule adherence, standardizes installation practices, manages supplier and contractor performance, and leads continuous-improvement initiatives using data and emerging AI technologies. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of hands-on equipment and management experience, supplier-program experience, and semiconductor tool installation, qualification, and startup experience.
