Novelis is looking for an Operations Excellence Engineer to join their team in Uhrichsville, Ohio. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, identifying improvement projects, coordinating training, and fostering collaboration among frontline leaders, operators, and Centers of Excellence to implement the Novelis Operating System (NOS) strategy. The engineer will also diagnose system flow issues, apply statistical approaches to define improvement opportunities, collect and analyze data, audit NOS implementation, and lead various improvement events like Rapid Improvement Events and DMAIC projects.
