Refresco Beverages US Inc. is hiring an Operations Excellence, Sr Manager to lead continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing plants. Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Director, the role audits, coaches, and sustains Lean and operational excellence initiatives; leads Kaizen events; improves equipment reliability, safety, quality, yield, and waste reduction; and supports regional management systems and standardization. The position requires at least five years of continuous improvement or Lean experience, strong leadership in a production environment, and extensive travel of up to 80%.
