Rentokil PCI, a leading pest control service provider in India, is seeking an Operations Executive (OE)/Senior Operations Executive (Sr. OE) to manage service area operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability and training of qualified technicians, managing resources, conducting daily briefings, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and service procedures. This role involves extensive customer interaction, including surprise visits, handling complaints, and performing pest audits. The OE/Sr. OE will also focus on optimizing material usage, tracking productivity, and driving sales growth through effective coaching.
