Description
The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Hub Operations manages end-to-end mid-mile operations at an assigned Air Hub or Surface Hub, overseeing inbound, outbound, transit, fleet, manpower, scheduling, exception recovery, service quality, safety, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The role leads shift operations and operational teams, supports capacity planning, and drives continuous improvement across Blue Dart’s logistics network. A bachelor’s degree is required, with logistics or operations-related education preferred; experience ranges from 3–5 years for the Senior Executive level to 4–7 years for the Assistant Manager level, including hub operations, transportation, network coordination, and frontline team leadership.
