Description
The Operations Executive – Hub Operations will manage end-to-end mid-mile hub operations at an assigned Surface Hub in Indore, coordinating inbound, outbound, transit, fleet, manpower, scheduling, exception recovery, service quality, safety, compliance, and stakeholder activities. The role leads shift operations and frontline teams, supports capacity planning, and reports to the Head – Hub Operations. It requires a bachelor's degree, 2–4 years of hub or mid-mile logistics experience, and knowledge of logistics operations, network planning, fleet coordination, and logistics management systems.
