Description
The OE / Sr. OE owns assigned service areas within a branch and is responsible for providing qualified technicians, coaching and training them, ensuring service SOP and safety compliance, managing materials and equipment, resolving service and customer complaints, conducting pest audits and technician performance assessments, and driving service productivity and profitability. The role requires a B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture, computer proficiency, familiarity with internal systems, and prior pest-management or service-industry experience is desirable.
