Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of experience in Project Management or a related operational role
Preferred Qualifications: strong focus on operational excellence topics (e.g. productivity improvement, capacity management, process optimization, reporting) in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using Agile frameworks and Agentic AI-based systems.
Strong ability to understand technical environments (Salesforce, BI tools - Tableau-, Gemini, Claude or proprietary back-office systems) and translate business needs into technical specs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
