Description
The Operations Finance Manager oversees plant-level finance activities for three fluid milk facilities, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, variance analysis, audit coordination, compliance, and financial controls. The role partners with plant leadership and cross-functional teams, manages three direct reports, and supports continuous improvement. It can be based in Henrietta, Batavia, Syracuse, or Buffalo with two days remote and requires travel to the three plants; a car allowance is provided. The position requires a bachelor’s or associate degree in a relevant field, prior manufacturing experience, and 5–7 years of cost accounting, cost control, or financial analysis experience. The salary range is $85,000–$105,000 per year.
