Description
Citi is hiring for a two-year full-time Operations Analyst Program designed for final-year university graduates. The program develops analytical, leadership, continuous improvement, risk management, collaboration, and client-centric skills while providing hands-on experience managing processes and services across Operations. Participants may work in operations optimization, data analytics and insights, or digitalization, with roles varying by location and skillset. The program includes coaching, structured engagement, and progressively complex training, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, a 2:1 or GPA of 3.0 or above, and no work-authorization sponsorship.
