A high-autonomy operations generalist will build and run scalable operational systems for a rapidly expanding, venture-backed deathcare company. The role begins with owning go-to-market infrastructure for market expansion, then develops metrics, processes, tooling, and documentation, hands off the system, and moves to additional business problems such as launching offerings and vertically integrating functions. The candidate should combine analytical experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or founding with hands-on startup operating experience, and should be commercially minded, capable of building from zero, and effective at bringing teams along.
