Security Level 5 is hiring a generalist Operations Manager to run the organization's internal operations as its second operations hire. The role will find and manage a San Francisco office, build onboarding, coordinate with payroll, HR, legal, and accounting providers, maintain internal policies and tooling, and support offsites and team culture. The position requires at least three years of operations, office management, executive support, or similar experience and offers a base salary of $130,000 to $180,000 plus full benefits.
