ShipBob is hiring an Operations Implementation Manager for its Supply Chain Quality organization. The role leads end-to-end operational onboarding of new merchants across the U.S. fulfillment network, from post-sale handoff through graduation to Merchant Success. Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination, merchant placement and custom packaging solutioning, first-30-day fulfillment issue escalation, onboarding oversight, volume and forecasting analysis, operational risk mitigation, and compliance with food-safety policies. The position requires at least 8 years of fulfillment operations or operational program management experience, external stakeholder management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, program management capability, and proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Excel. It is based within a one-hour drive of North Aurora, Illinois, with approximately 75% travel across the Midwest and up to 25% additional regional travel.
