Micron is hiring an Operations Improvement Engineer to drive performance optimization across PWF, Assembly (HBM and advanced packaging), and Test operations. The role focuses on improving output, cycle time, cost, and efficiency; developing data-driven and AI-enabled solutions; leading cross-functional automation and workflow projects; and deploying operations management tools for scheduling and dispatching. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, proficiency with technologies such as SQL, Python, Power Apps, and Ui Path, strong analytical and communication skills, and semiconductor or Micron industry interest.
