Description
Transformations Community is hiring a remote integrator to help a small, distributed nonprofit operate with better visibility, follow-through, and coordination across active workstreams, meetings, decisions, handoffs, and communications. The role works closely with the Executive Director and other leads to create a lightweight operating backbone, using AI tools experimentally for task extraction, decision logging, and workflow support. It is best suited to someone with substantial operations or coordination experience in mission-driven, research-oriented, nonprofit, sustainability, or systems-change environments.
