Consumers Credit Union is hiring an Operations Intern to support cross-functional projects that improve member experiences at its corporate office in Kalamazoo. The intern will learn operational systems, shadow card, deposit, ITM, system, facilities, and project-management roles, contribute to technology and migration projects, collaborate across departments, support service-level agreements, and gain experience with vendors. The role seeks a college junior or equivalent with technical proficiency, communication skills, attention to detail, a member-focused mindset, and a growth-oriented attitude.
