Rentokil Initial is hiring a motivated Operations Intern to support its operations team in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The intern will help manage inbound and complaint calls, appointment confirmations, service backlog checks, re-planning, ticket issuance, docket compilation, and preparation of service schedules. The role is intended for a student currently pursuing tertiary education in a business-related field, preferably in the final semester, and requires daily commuting with own transport. The position offers a monthly allowance and may lead to permanent employment based on performance.
