Description
Spira Manufacturing is hiring an Operations Intern to learn its end-to-end manufacturing process and support process documentation, cross-functional projects, safety initiatives, and daily operations. The intern will rotate through receiving, planning, material flow, production, quality, inventory, and shipment workflows; document current-state processes; create or revise procedures and work instructions; support an operations special project; assist with safety audits and task closure; and prepare reports and a final presentation. The internship runs from Tuesday, September 8, 2026, through the end of December for 12–16 weeks and requires 20–40 hours per week. No prior professional experience is required, and the role requires access to ITAR-controlled information.
