Description
Penske Logistics is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead a single warehouse location and manage hourly associates, inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, freight loading and unloading, scheduling, safety, customer service, and operational improvements. The role requires 2–4 years of related functional experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to drive process improvement and lead change. The position is bonus eligible and includes benefits.
