Richardson Wealth Management is hiring an Operations Journey Analyst to support journey owners with market and user research, journey optimization, journey orchestration, and agile delivery. The role translates business concepts into technical requirements, documents optimized journeys, facilitates program increment planning, defines epics and user stories, supports acceptance criteria and test-driven development, and coordinates stakeholders across IT delivery and other teams. Candidates should have at least two years of experience as a journey or business analyst, knowledge of wealth management and regulatory environments, strong stakeholder coordination, and a degree in Business or Marketing. The role is hybrid and offers an annualized base salary of $60,500-$93,600 plus performance incentives, health and dental benefits, RRSP matching, and paid time off.
