Description
Kith is hiring a full-time Operations Lead at its Soho Women's store to support the Operations Manager by supervising stock associates, merchandise handling, shipment receiving and processing, replenishment, inventory activities, stockroom organization, and back-of-house operations. The role requires retail and apparel operations experience, flexible availability including weekends and holidays, strong communication and organization, multitasking, time management, and the ability to perform physical retail tasks and lift up to 25 pounds. The position is fully on site and pays $23.00–$26.00 per hour plus commissions.
